Robert Reese has 45 years of business experience. He grew up in a custom homebuilding family and was actively in the building industry in Orange, Riverside, San Bernardino and San Diego Counties for 13 years. His was developing and building between 300 – 1,000 homes a year as regional president of several large building companies, plus his own building company. Mr. Reese has substantial financial experience both in the USA and Internationally. Mr. Reese has a BSBA from the University of Denver in Finance & Accounting and an MBA from the University of Chicago in Finance and International Business. Mr. Reese is a past president and life member of the Orange County Home Builders Council.

Stephen is a native Californian and has spent his entire life living, learning and gaining business experience in this great state. Stephen has focused his energies in each company that he has worked for to make opportunities happen. He has great social and professional skills, is highly motivate, passionate and driven by a sense of accomplishment. Stephen has always made the best out of life’s opportunities with just plain hard work and a determination to finish what he has started. Building has run in his blood line, as Robert Reese was a large developer back in the 80’s and 90’s, building around 100’s homes a year.

Has 18 Years of Experience in Brokerage, lending and development. Actively involved with his company in hillside construction projects, PUD land entitlements and with repurposing projects since 2010. As president of vivative, Alian is active in corporate development and organization, deal structure, evaluation, acquisition and investor relations.

Worked on the various aspects of repurposing projects with Manny since 2001. Involved with asset identification and acquisition, marketing, leasing and property management.

Has been involved in commercial and real estate brokerage and repurposing development industry for over 34 years.

Began his career in real estate in 1987 as a Commercial Real Estate Appraiser (MAI Designation). His emphasis is on feasibility analysis and economics. He has been involved in all aspects of the construction of hillside developments. PUD subdivision and has been repurposing properties since 1997.

Mr. Penaranda is also experienced in interior/exterior design and functionality.
